Job Description
Along with his/her Ph.D. the candidate is expected to support quantitative methods and political economy courses at the B.A. and M.A. level (e.g., to teach exercise classes). The candidate is also expected to participate in the doctoral program of the Center for Comparative and International Studies (CIS) (http://www.cis.ethz.ch/education/phd ). The topic of the Ph.D. should be selected in one of the core research areas of the chair, i.e., international development, politics of developing countries, or international climate policy (for an overview of ongoing research projects see http://www.research-projects.uzh.ch/a127.htm ).
